To do a proper malfunction detection, we diagnose your device in 12 working hours at most. This is the most crucial phase of the work; we continue to proceed with the repair after we get your confirmation. Diagnostic is free of charge.

The best Apple service on the island.An excellent team of Russian and Indonesian guys. Everything is fast and efficient. This is not the first time I have contacted you.Last time I changed the keyboard on my MacBook, they did Russian engraving for me.And now I installed the adobe packages. The prices are good and the quality is good too!I recommend it to everyone!

This place is hands down one of the best repair shops I have ever dealt with anywhere in the world.After contacting (no joke) every single Apple repair store in Bali (and even some in Portugal and Mexico) for a price to repair or replace my MacBook Pro screen, they were the only ones who actually asked me to send a picture to see what was wrong. Very quickly they informed me my screen didn't need to be replaced, instead I needed to replace my "bezel" which was a $30 USD fix. I didn't even know this was a thing. Upon further research I found out that most repair shops won't do this repair, and even Apple won't let their technicians do it.I went from receiving $400-500 USD quotes from every shop I contacted and dreading this repair, to being extremely excited to get this work done. This has been bothering me for some time and I was so ready to have my MacBook looking fresh again. They even scheduled a courier to come pick up and drop off my machine for when I arrived in Kuta for a great price.3 hours later here I am sitting in front of my freshly fixed Mac smiling from ear to ear. I sincerely wish repair shops like this existed everywhere.Thank you so much guys!!!

Absolutely amazing service and experience.tl;drThese guys are great, and do circuit-level board repairs on Apple Hardware. If the name "Louis Rossman" means something to you then you know what I'm talking about. Again - this is circuit-level board repair with full diagnostic breakdown; this is high quality, very technical work.They are fast, the quality is great and it is very competitively priced.I wish I could rate this higher than 5/5.

Hello,One of the most honest services I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I had some problem with my keyboard for two days some keys weren't working and I was really worried about it.I contacted Yoda Service on Telegram. The team sent me one of the staff to pick up the laptop, ensuring the laptop was received . they took 3 hours to check everything and sent me message where they told me it only needed cleaning and it was fixed and there was no issue.They didn't charge me anything for cleaning the laptop.Honestly, this is an amazing service and amazing people who are actually proficient at their job.I would like to sincerely thank you for this integrity.Attached pictures from my receipt and my laptop after was cleaned.Thanks Yoda Team

Good afternoonI contacted this service because I drowned my body in the ocean. Stopped charging. An icon with a warning about the danger of charging came out. Also, sand got into the speakers. The lady at the reception listened to the problem, gave it to the master (Russian speaking), who came out in due time and explained everything correctly and competently. We got sand from the speaker for free (special thanks for that). Great service. Polite staff, comfortable atmosphere!!!

Highly recommend this shop if you need to repair your Mac. Other shops took 4 days just for diagnostics, but Yoda did it in 3-5 hours. They really saved my time!They are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely visit them again 💖This is the best trust service you can get in Bali if you have a problem with your Mac.P.S. If you guys could set up branded delivery (your drivers, your bikes) from your store to clients, it would be safer. You could also offer pick-up services with proper packing. Just an idea 🥹Thank you!

Very client oriented, quick and high quality service, provide guarantee on work, do not cheat. My screen stopped working and they replaced the detail inside it within 1 days, that saved me from replacing the screen totally. I asked to check if the cleaning or some other additional works were necessary and they said it’s not needed , which shows their honesty, they could easily say yes and charge more , but they only stated what was really needed . In addition they made Russian letters engraving on the keyboard as a bonus ❤️my laptop looks and works like the new one! Thank you! I’m your new loyal client 😄

The connection on my phone did not work for 5 days. I went to 5 different offices and no one could help me and they just sent me to other people. I am very grateful to the guys from Yoda Servise who really helped and they really wanted to help. 10 minutes passed and they thank me. I don’t usually leave reviews but these guys deserve one. My MacBook was running so slow to the point I thought there was no return, but the team at Yoda Service replaced some parts and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.
