Yes, all repaired devices are guaranteed for 1 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the repair and the parts used in the repair process.
No, you pay only for the result. If we were unable to complete the repair, no payment is made.
99% of faults can be repaired, but sometimes, with severe damage, the repair process may not be economically feasible. However, our specialists have extensive experience, and we also have the most modern devices and programmers at our disposal that are unavailable to most other engineers, which allows us to perform diagnostics more accurately and almost always complete repairs successfully, even if there were unsuccessful attempts in other services.
Diagnostics before repair is necessary to determine the exact cause of the device malfunction. Only after it is completed we can determine the repair time and cost.
We provide our customers with a choice of quality of spare parts used in the repair process. For some types of repair, you can use the so-called OEM spare parts, their quality is indistinguishable from the original, but the cost can be an order of magnitude lower. If you want to use only original components, we also have a large number of these spare parts in our warehouse.
Modular repair (replacement of the display, battery, camera, etc.) is usually performed on site and takes from 30 minutes to 2 hours. If there are additional faults or the problem is not clear, we need to diagnose the device malfunction. This usually takes 1 business day, in particularly difficult cases and with a high workload of the service, diagnostics can take several days. In any case, we are focused on providing the fastest possible result to our customers, as we understand the value of your device in everyday life.
